Senior Parts Sales Advisor - Bristol - Permanent Role
Salary: OTE £31,880 Per annum plus benefits
Shift: Monday to Friday rotating weekly.
One Saturday in four, 06:00-10:00, will also be required.

Your Role
- Identify truck, van or coach parts as queries come in, and ensure they hold all of the stock needed to maintain the smooth running of the parts department within the branch
- Promote and upsell further parts sales in the branch
- Act as a primary point of contact for customers and internal teams regarding parts inquiries
- Be proactive in maintaining customer service standards while promoting services and products to maximise sales opportunities
- Process orders efficiently, manage stock levels and ensure timely delivery of parts
What we need from you
- Experience working in a busy parts environment and giving advice, help, and support to customers
- Work experience within a workshop or dealership
- A good analytical mind
- Keen attention to detail
- Experience in the truck industry is an advantage; automotive experience also helpful
- Positive 'can do' attitude and great communication skills
- Methodical, strong administrative skills and ability to problem‑solve, ensuring all paperwork is up to date
- Full clean driving licence
