Silver Arrow require an aspiring finance professional to work for a prestigious transport company based in Middlewich. Are you a dynamic and detail-oriented individual, looking for a starter role that offers the opportunity to be involved across multiple areas of the business? Your Role:
- Raise & support with the sales invoicing process to ensure billing is done accurately and in a timely manner.
- Business support with credit control, ensuring overdue debts are regularly chased across all businesses.
- Assist with preparation of weekly payroll, with relevant submissions to bank and authorities
- Assistance with purchase ledger, ensuring all invoices are receiving and processed in timely manner.
- Preparation of bank reconciliations as required, ensuring all cash is allocated correctly.
- Analyse financial performance and provide recommendations to the Financial Controller.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company objectives.
- Assist in ensuring control and compliance of all accounting and finance procedures within the business.

- Willingness to learn new skills and get involved with all aspects of the finance function.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Relevant Communication and interpersonal skills.
