Brit European, a transport company, have permanent positions available for an HGV Class One Driver to join them as a Hercules Tramper based in the Grimsby area. This is heavy transporter work.

You must have 2 years HGV Class One Driving Experience due to insurance restrictions.

Your Shift Pattern:
  • Monday to Friday tramping
  • 0500-0600 start (flexible with driver)
  • This is a tramping role and involves 4 nights away from home per week
Your Role:
  • Transporting commercial vehicles and plant machinery throughout the UK, using the latest generation of transporter equipment.
  • Product loading and restraint
  • Completing detailed inspection and delivery paperwork
  • Ensuring compliance with all safety and transport regulations throughout your journeys

Please note that this vehicle is fitted with a car transporter-sized cab.

Required from you:
  • HGV Class One licence
  • HGV Class One Driving Experience required: 2 Years
  • In Date CPC & Digi Tacho
  • No more than 6 points, no IN, DD or DR penalty codes.
  • A good level of physical fitness. The job is exerting and involves working at height.
