HGV Class One Driver - 11 Car Transporting - Coventry - 2 Years HGV Class One Experience Required
*6 Months 11 Car Transporting Experience also required*
This is a permanent position.
Monday to Friday Tramping.
Perm OTE: £55,000 - £60,000 PA + Overtime after 12 hours + below perm benefits
Please be aware this role can be physically demanding, strenuous, involve working from height, working outside in all weathers and will involve extremely careful/difficult manoeuvring.
Your Job:
- HGV Class One Driving (Scania cab) with a Car Transporter Rolfo/transport engineering trailers
- This work is 11+ Car Transporting
- UK wide transportation of new & used cars and vans
- Average Shift Length: 12 to 15 hours
- You must have 6 months HGV Class One driving experience to be selected for this role
- Start time flexible with driver
- Bonus schemes (car delivery, damage free bonus, attendance bonus)
- Paid parking (Accounts or claimed through expenses)
- Paid Break
- Paid CPC training
- Sick Pay
- Full uniform and PPE supplied
What we need from you:
- HGV Class One Licence.
- In-date CPC & Digi.
- No more than 6 points. No IN, DD or DR endorsements.
- HGV Class One Experience Required: 2 Years
- 11 Car Transporting Experience Required: 6 Months
- Due to the nature of this role, it is best suited to careful and experienced drivers.
You may be considered for this role without the 6 months car transporting experience if you have a specialist background in the HGV industry, along with 2 years HGV1 driving experience. You would be assessed in Essex for this consideration.
