Purpose of the Role: To drive new business growth by identifying, engaging and converting B2B opportunities within the workplace change and removals sector. The role focuses on building a strong and consistent sales pipeline through targeted outbound campaigns, multi-channel outreach and effective lead qualification. By developing compelling sales messaging, engaging senior decision makers and maintaining consistent follow up, you will play a key role in securing new clients and contributing directly to the company's commercial success and ongoing growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage outbound sales campaigns using Apollo.io.
- Run multi-channel outreach via email, LinkedIn and phone.
- Develop sales messaging and value propositions for workplace change projects.
- Present to and engage senior decision-makers.
- Qualify leads and book Microsoft Teams meetings.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking.
- Follow up consistently to drive conversions.
- Collaborate with sales to refine campaigns and messaging.
- Meet appointment-setting and KPI targets.
- Support marketing activity and attend networking events.
Essential requirements:
- 2 years strong B2B sales / Telesales experience.
- Proven ability to win and develop profitable business.
- Hands-on experience in campaign setup, outreach and reporting, using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and similar tools.
