Silver Arrow are looking for an experienced Recruitment Administrator / Resourcer to join our office based in Birchwood - Warrington. This role is temp to perm. A full driving licence & your own transport is required for this role. We specialise in the recruitment of HGV Drivers, however if you have resourcing experience from a different sector please get in touch!

Your Shift Pattern:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 30 minute Lunch & Early Finish Friday

Your Salary:

  • £10.52 - £12.71ph for the first 12 weeks
  • £20,000 - £23,795 per annum once perm
  • This role also involves taking part in an on-call rota which is occasional weekends - this is paid for, on top of your salary

Your Role:

  • Directing calls to the consultants/taking full messages
  • Screen new potential drivers when they apply
  • Interview & register drivers
  • Maintaining compliance & completing relevant checks required
  • Updating driver availability
  • Managing sensitive documents digitally
  • Creating, Posting & Managing Adverts
  • Inputting & Data Entry
  • General Office Admin Duties - sending emails etc

  • An eye for detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Prepared for extremely fast paced work along with strong multitasking skills
  • An interest in people and building relationships. Phone shy need not apply!
  • Full Driving Licence
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated, resilient and conscientious with a strong drive
  • An excellent and confident telephone manner
  • Have a passion for working with people
  • The ability to work under pressure, multi-task and adapt when priorities can quickly change.
  • Excellent I.T skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
