Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30-17:30

Purpose of the Role: To drive new business growth by identifying, engaging and converting B2B opportunities within the workplace change and removals sector. The role focuses on building a strong and consistent sales pipeline through targeted outbound campaigns, multi-channel outreach and effective lead qualification. By developing compelling sales messaging, engaging senior decision makers and maintaining consistent follow up, you will play a key role in securing new clients and contributing directly to the company’s commercial success and ongoing growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage outbound sales campaigns using Apollo.io.
  • Run multi-channel outreach via email, LinkedIn and phone.
  • Develop sales messaging and value propositions for workplace change projects.
  • Present to and engage senior decision-makers.
  • Qualify leads and book Microsoft Teams meetings.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking.
  • Follow up consistently to drive conversions.
  • Collaborate with sales to refine campaigns and messaging.
  • Meet appointment-setting and KPI targets.
  • Support marketing activity and attend networking events.

2 years strong B2B sales / Telesales experience. Proven ability to win and develop profitable business. Hands-on experience in campaign setup, outreach and reporting, using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and similar tools.
