Across the Isle of Wight, we manage over 120 holiday properties, alongside a growing portfolio of domestic homes, commercial premises and end of tenancy cleans. We’re looking for reliable, detail-focused housekeepers to join our friendly and professional team on a flexible basis.
The Role
- Holiday let changeovers during the busy season
- Domestic cleaning in private homes
- Commercial/office cleaning
- End of tenancy and deep cleans
During the summer months, your work will primarily focus on preparing holiday properties for arriving guests, ensuring every property is spotless, welcoming and ready to deliver a fantastic first impression. Our busiest changeover days are: Friday, Saturday, Monday.
Working Pattern
- This is a flexible role, ideal for fitting around school hours, family life, studies or other commitments.
- Busier, more structured days in summer (especially Fri/Sat/Mon)
- More flexible working patterns in winter
- Typical shifts are 4–6 hours, depending on the job

What You’ll Earn
- £12.71 per hour
- 12.07% additional holiday pay
- 30p per mile mileage reimbursement
- All cleaning equipment provided
