Property Manager - Holiday Let Management
This is a varied, hands‑on role with genuine ownership. You’ll be responsible for your own portfolio of properties across the Island, becoming the go-to expert for those properties and building strong, long‑term relationships with the owners you look after.
From the moment a property is handed over to you, you’ll take ownership of the relationship and the day‑to‑day management of that property, coordinating our internal teams and external contractors, maintaining standards, solving problems and identifying opportunities where we can provide additional support. No two properties are exactly the same, and no two days will be either.
Who We’re Looking For -
You’ll thrive in this role if you are someone who naturally takes ownership. You’ll be comfortable managing multiple priorities at the same time and understand that property management doesn’t always go according to plan. When something unexpected happens, your instinct should be to understand the problem, find a solution and make sure it gets resolved.
You’ll be someone who:
- Is exceptionally organised and able to manage a busy workload.
- Communicates confidently and professionally with clients, guests, colleagues and contractors.
- Builds strong relationships and genuinely enjoys working with people.
- Takes ownership and follows tasks through to completion.
- Is proactive and notices things that could be improved before they become problems. Has excellent attention to detail.
- Remains calm and solutions-focused when priorities change.
- Is comfortable making decisions and using their initiative.
- Understands the importance of commercial awareness and identifying opportunities.
- Is happy working both in the office and out at properties.
- Enjoys being part of a growing business where roles continue to develop as the company grows.
