We’re seeking a top-tier Senior PA to support an ultra-high-net-worth family in Central London. This is a rare opportunity to join a fully staffed, fast-paced private household where you’ll provide senior-level PA support and oversee varied, high-responsibility tasks.

You’ll work alongside another experienced PA to ensure every detail of the family’s professional and personal life is flawlessly managed — with a key focus on travel planning and supporting a young family.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex diaries, appointments, and global travel logistics
  • Research and plan bespoke family holidays and children’s activities
  • Liaise with household staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Oversee household admin, budgets, procurement, and special projects
  • Provide out-of-hours support when needed, with calm professionalism
Who You Are:
  • A polished and proactive Senior PA with 5+ years' experience in UHNW homes
  • Experienced organising end to end travel both private and commercial
  • Highly organised, discreet, tech-savvy, and a natural problem solver
  • Experienced working with families who have young children
  • Confident managing logistics across multiple time zones
  • Committed to a long-term role and passionate about delivering excellence

Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, with flexibility for urgent matters

Salary: Circa £100,000 gpa depending on experience
