\\nWe are looking for an outstanding Senior Personal Assistant to support a private family based in Central London. This is a key role within a busy, well-organised household and will suit someone who enjoys variety, pace, and taking ownership in a high-level support position.
\\nWorking alongside another experienced PA, you will ensure the smooth running of the family’s daily life, from complex scheduling and global travel to household logistics and supporting a young, active family.

\\nKey Responsibilities
\\n•    Manage detailed diaries, appointments, itineraries, and global travel arrangements (private and commercial)
\\n•    Plan and research bespoke family holidays, weekend trips, and children’s activities
\\n•    Work closely with household staff and external providers to support seamless day-to-day operations
\\n•    Handle household admin, procurement, budget tracking, and ad-hoc projects
\\n•    Provide out-of-hours support with calm professionalism when required
\\n
\\nRequirements:
\\n•    An experienced, proactive Senior PA with 5+ years supporting HNW or UHNW families
\\n•    Strong end-to-end travel management skills, including multi-stop and time-sensitive itineraries
\\n•    Highly organised, discreet, tech-savvy, and solution-oriented
\\n•    Comfortable supporting families with young children and managing the logistics that come with this
\\n•    Confident coordinating across time zones and adapting to changing plans
\\n•    Committed to a long-term role and motivated by delivering consistently high standards
\\n
\\nOffice hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm, with out of hours responsiveness
\\nSalary

 £80-100K gpa, dependent on experience.
