Responsibilities

- Oversee the principal’s private diary, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Act as the key link between family members, household staff, and professional advisors
- Maintain organised systems for expenses, filing, and household administration
- Coordinate events, family dinners, and travel itineraries with precision and care
- Provide trusted personal assistance and ensure the smooth handling of day-to-day matters
- Uphold confidentiality and a discreet approach at all times

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years’ experience supporting UHNW individuals or within a family office
- Highly organised, efficient, and proactive with excellent attention to detail
- Brings a mature, balanced perspective and understands the nuances of a family environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with social intelligence and discretion
- Works well within a small team and contributes to a calm, positive workplace culture
- Confident using Microsoft Office and comfortable with document and system management
