Housekeeper, Stanmore, £50k - £60k gpa

A lovely family is seeking a top Housekeeper to maintain their modern 4-bedroom second home in Stanmore. The property is used only a few months of the year, so the role suits someone proactive, self-motivated who takes pride in keeping the home in excellent condition year round.The Housekeeper will work Monday to Friday when the family is away, and longer hours with longer hours and days when they are in residence.The ideal candidate will be organised, efficient, and capable of working independently, with a calm, discreet and quiet presence. You should be confident managing cleaners and contractors, giving direction when needed, and liaising closely with the family’s PA ahead of their visits.Duties include:

• Daily cleaning to a high standard

• Laundry and ironing

• Wardrobe management

• Supervising contractors

• Running errands and ad hoc tasks

• Liaising with the PA ahead of the family's visits

Days/Hours:

• When the family is away: Monday to Friday 40-45 hours per week

• When the family is in residence: Longer hours and days, typically working split shifts (either 8am-4pm or 1pm-9pm, with flexibility)
