We are looking for a highly experienced House Manager to oversee the operations of an ultra-prime, fully staffed private residence in Central London. You will be working alongside another House Manager, allowing for shared responsibilities, a balanced workload, and rotational weekend coverage. As House Manager, you will be responsible for the daily management of staff, property operations, and household logistics to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the residence. Key Responsibilities:- Working in partnership with the co-House Manager to ensure seamless household operations.
- Leading and managing the household team, ensuring high performance and smooth coordination.
- Establishing clear working routines, rotas, and schedules for staff.
- Acting as the main liaison with contractors, suppliers, and service providers, overseeing maintenance and property works.
- Ensuring household systems, inventories, and processes run efficiently.
- Managing budgets, procurement, and household accounts to keep operations streamlined.
- Overseeing staff recruitment, onboarding, HR processes, and ongoing training to maintain high service standards.
- Upholding security, discretion, and a service-first approach at all times.
- 5+ years’ experience in a senior management role within private households or luxury hospitality.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Experience handling property management, household budgets, and contractor liaison.
