About the Role
This is a ‘hands-on’ leadership role covering the production and warehouse areas. You’ll be working closely with the business owners and working to ensure the right people and processes are in place to drive performance and growth.
- Leading and developing a team of around 15 people (it may go up at peak times) in the kitchen, production, and warehouse areas.
- Ensuring the right people and resources are in place to ensure production targets are met and product quality is maintained.
- Reviewing existing processes and implementing more effective ways of working to help the business scale-up.
- Ensuring a continued focus on quality and food safety standards.
About You
This is an ideal opportunity for somebody with people management experience gained in food production who wants to join a business going places. You will need to demonstrate the following:
- A hands-on approach to team building, comfortable leading from the front on the shop floor.
