The Role: We are looking for a Regulatory Compliance Advisor to ensure all products meet legal and regulatory requirements, supporting the company’s commitment to quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure legal and policy compliance for branded and private-label products.
- Support product launches, packaging updates, cost-saving initiatives, and regulatory changes.
- Assist in implementing a new recipe management system.
- Ensure packaging and labelling compliance across UK, EU, and export markets.
- Review and approve artwork and advertising materials for regulatory adherence.
- Provide expert guidance on product claims, allergen declarations, and ingredient compliance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product specifications meet company and customer requirements.
- Manage allergen data and labelling to mitigate risks.
- Support food safety alerts, product recalls, and factory audits.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Degree in science, food science, or nutrition.
- Experience with recipe management and private-label specification systems.
- Strong knowledge of UK & EU food legislation, labelling, allergens, and nutrition claims.
- Familiarity with internal policies, customer requirements, and industry codes of practice.
- Understanding of ingredients, processing methods, and food manufacturing operations.
- Awareness of the broader food industry and competitor products.
