Maintenance Engineer, North Wales Salary: £46,000 We’re working with a successful food business in north Wales who are looking for an experienced, multi-skilled Shift Engineer to join their team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be key to keeping the factory running efficiently, supporting both reactive maintenance and continuous improvement projects. About the Role: Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you be part of team responsible for al planned and reactive maintenance across the site. Your key responsibilities will include: * Minimising downtime by responding quickly and effectively to breakdowns, working either independently or as part of a team. * Delivering improvements to machinery and site processes, contributing to better OEE and overall performance. * Supporting the delivery of the site’s Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule and driving continuous improvement initiatives. * Maintaining strong Health & Safety, food safety, and GMP standards. * Liaising with internal teams and external contractors to ensure engineering work supports operational needs.
