I\’m looking for a talented Interim Head of Technical to lead one of our client\’s technical teams through an exciting and challenging period. You\’ll play a key role in maintaining site standards and improving processes while the site secures a new permanent Head of Technical.

As Interim Head of Technical, you\’ll be at the heart of technical operations; ensuring food safety, quality, and compliance are always top‑notch. It\’s not just about maintaining standards – it\’s about improving processes, and driving efficiencies.

The Goals

Lead & inspire a team of technical experts.
Drive Food Safety & Quality ensuring compliance with BRC, HACCP, and FSA.
Optimize processes to improve efficiency and meet tight deadlines.
Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth production and timely delivery.
Ensure compliance & quality with all audits, inspections, and customer standards.
