The Goals: * Lead & Inspire a team of technical experts. * Drive Food Safety & Quality ensuring compliance with BRC, HACCP, and FSA. * Optimize Processes to improve efficiency and meet tight deadlines. * Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth production and timely delivery. * Ensure Compliance & Quality with all audits, inspections, and customer standards.
