We’re looking a hands-on Hygiene Manager to lead a busy site hygiene team and keep production areas running to the highest standards across a large food manufacturing business. This role is central to maintaining compliance, supporting audits, and driving improvements across the site.
About the Role
You’ll take ownership of all site hygiene operations, from daily cleaning schedules to deep-clean processes, ensuring the site consistently meets food safety and quality standards.
Reporting to the Technical Manager, you’ll lead a team of 3 Hygiene Supervisors and an overall headcount of around 40 people. Key responsibilities will include:
