Why it's exciting: It’s a project to move volume onto the site from a sister site. Aim is to achieve a 10% efficiency gains in 3 months. Branded company who use lots of interims!

The Person: Someone who can hit the ground running and work to tight deadlines. Need to be high energy, engaging individual with the ability to build relationships between teams. Ability to summarise work and present it back to senior team and board members.

What’s essential? Some understanding of V-Curves. Food manufacturing experience.
