Assistant Technical Manager – Food Manufacturing (Kent) Salary: Up to £45,000 Monday to Friday | On-site We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established and growing food manufacturing business based in Kent. They are seeking an Assistant Technical Manager to oversee the technical function at site level. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage all technical and quality aspects of the site, ensuring compliance with internal standards and external regulations. * Maintain and continuously improve food safety and quality systems, with a focus on BRC Global Standard compliance. * Act as the primary contact on site for all technical matters, audits, and customer visits. * Work closely with production and operations to ensure best practices and a culture of continuous improvement.
