Silven Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Supply Chain Manager for a Peterborough food manufacturer. You will lead the site’s entire supply chain, from demand and capacity planning to scheduling, warehousing, dispatch and delivery, reporting to the Site Director and guiding a 31-strong team.
Key success will include running S&OP, resolving capacity pinch points, and driving improvements in inventory, warehouse and logistics with a 98%+ OTIF target.
