The Candidate Have you played a leading part in a senior management team that has turned around the site\’s operational performance?
Can you demonstrate evidence of strong leadership in your current and previous roles?
Can you provide evidence of driving Operational performance, with quantifiable achievements?
Are you inspirational? Can you clearly demonstrate strong leadership?
Can you highlight examples of driving cultural change?
Are you motivated by challenge?
Have you got an Engineering background, ideally?

The Role includes Reporting to the Site Lead, this role is a key role within site\’s Leadership Team.
Driving the site\’s KPI\’s including Health & Safety, Quality, Operational Performance, Waste, Costs.
Create a high calibre, high performing team and enable them to deliver the Operational KPI\’s.
Play a leading role in driving continuous improvement.
