As our team continues to grow, we are seeking a highly organised and personable Front of House & Admin Support professional to join us in our Farringdon centre. You will play a vital role in delivering exceptional client experiences while ensuring the smooth running of our front office operations.
The Role
Reporting to the Office Manager, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported from arrival to departure. You will manage day-to-day administrative tasks, oversee our appointment systems, and provide general support to the wider team. We also have an in-house cafe which you will be required to cover; having barista experience would be ideal but not essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment
- Manage client bookings, appointments and check-ins using MindBody, Cliniko, and our in-house CRM system (training provided)
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently
- Provide administrative support to the Office Manager and wider team as required
- Maintain reception and communal areas to a high standard
- Support with invoicing, payments, and data entry
- Assist colleagues with IT-related queries and troubleshooting
- Contribute to a positive workplace culture aligned with our wellness ethos
- Prepare and serve hot drinks (barista experience desirable)
About You
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a front of house, PA, or office admin role within a corporate or similar environment
- Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with booking, appointment, or CRM software
- Confident IT user, able to assist others with basic technical support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and solution-focused approach
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities under pressure
- Positive attitude, high attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile
- Passion for wellness and interest in holistic health (essential)
- Previous barista experience (desirable but not essential)
