Operate maintain and control advanced semiconductor equipment.
To achieve the lowest manufacturing cost per wafer.
To participate in team oriented continuous improvement.
To maximize yield reduce cycle time and increase productivity.
To ensure the daily production target is met.
To ensure safety housekeeping and discipline in the FAB is followed Perform daily tool QUAL.
Execute SERI and TEI.
