Silo is launching soon, and we are looking for exceptional Reformer Pilates Instructors to join us as founding members of our team. This is a rare opportunity to help shape our studio culture, build our community, and grow with us as we expand our reach into the neighbourhood.
We are a mixed modality studio with three class concepts, unique to us. This position is to teach our /SCULPT class - a dynamic, upbeat and contemporary reformer Pilates class - delivered by inspiring and aspirational instructors to motivating and energy boosting music. Classes at Silo will be of the highest quality. We believe that our class concepts, high standards and attention to the overall client experience truly set us apart. As a founding instructor, you will play a pivotal role in establishing that reputation.
We are looking for experienced instructors who can own the room β people who can command attention, inspire our clients and create a community-first atmosphere that drives retention. You will have the autonomy to bring your expertise and teaching style to Silo, while working collaboratively with a small, ambitious team.
We currently have 3 consecutive classes available on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. We are also looking for weekday lunchtime and evening availability. Our anticipated opening date is 1st March.
To apply for this position, you must have:
- A recognised Pilates certification
- 2+ years' experience teaching reformer Pilates
- The ability to own the room and confidently demonstrate your skills and experience
- Strong understanding of body mechanics and form correction
- Level 3 personal training certification is advantageous
