Job brief: We’re looking for a proactive Warehouse Operative to support our fast-paced warehouse operations. You’ll play a key role in managing stock intake, preparing goods for dispatch, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Goods receiving
  • Pick, pack and prepare goods for dispatch
  • Maintain accurate stock control
  • Labelling of items as necessary (barcode labels and CLP labelling)
  • Carefully handle all stock to prevent loss / damage
  • Putting stock in correct location
  • Maintaining the integrity of the stock location software to improve pick efficiency
  • Ensure tasks are carried out in compliance with our Quality processes/procedures
  • Driving of the forklift in a safe and responsible manner
  • Ensure Warehouse is clean and tidy

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience working in a Warehouse or Manufacturing environment
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable and punctual, with a positive attitude towards work
  • Good communication skills
  • Team player
  • Forklift Licences (Counterbalance, Bendi or JX1) would be advantageous
