SCOTTISH BASED PRODUCER OPPORTUNITY đź’š

We’re looking for a Scottish based producer as we apply for the BFI Future Takes and Screen Scotland’s Bigger Picture short film funds this year. Applications the BFI close October 20th and Bigger Pictures early November.

“Call of the Laoich” is an ambitious Scottish fantasy live short film about a compelling yet flawed magical heroine standing up against brutes during the Jacobite rebellion. And it has immense potential as a backdoor pilot.

The producer must have had a short that has played at an A list festival or have a feature that has received distribution within the U.K. or internationally or produced live action fiction that has had some success in festivals, and have teamed up with an experienced scripted Executive Producer and production company.
