We are looking for a New Business Assistant to join our Conveyancing team.

As the first point of contact for prospective clients, you will handle enquiries, prepare quotations and support clients through the early stages of their property transaction.

Experience in estate agency, property, customer service or another client-focused environment would be advantageous, although full training will be provided.

You will undertake the following but not limited to

  • Responding to conveyancing enquiries by telephone, email and online channels.
  • Gathering information and preparing quotations for residential property transactions.
  • Following up enquiries and maintaining accurate records.
  • Supporting the conversion of enquiries into instructions through excellent client service.
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and colleagues to support a smooth client journey.
