ROLE: Legal Office Assistant

LOCATION: Boston

SALARY: National Minimum Wage or National Living Wage

HOURS: 08:00-17:15, Monday to Friday

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Office Assistant to join our team and play a vital role in supporting our branch and firm operations. We are looking for an individual with a minimum of GCSE grades C and above (or Level 4–9) in Maths and English, a genuine passion for the legal field, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

No prior experience is necessary, as full training will be provided.

KEY DUTIES:
The role will include, but is not limited to:

  • Providing general administrative support
  • Assisting with reception duties
  • Maintaining the highest level of confidentiality regarding sensitive and legal matters
  • Assisting with document preparation, photocopying, scanning, and document distribution
