Silkwood Rose Care Home is seeking an experienced Deputy Care Home Manager to join our leadership team. You will work closely with the Home Manager to provide clinical leadership across the home and ensure outstanding, person-centred care for residents.
The role is full time (40 hours/week) with a competitive pay up to £25.00 per hour. The ideal candidate is a Registered Nurse with leadership experience and a passion for developing a supportive, high-standard care environment.
