Silks Luxury Lifestyle is recruiting on behalf of a highly successful CEO and family for an exceptional Chauffeur, Security & Handyman to become a trusted and valued member of their private team. This is a rare opportunity for an experienced private chauffeur who thrives in a fast-paced HNW environment and understands that discretion, flexibility and anticipation are just as important as exceptional driving skills.
The successful candidate will be a polished professional with outstanding references, a calm and composed manner, and the confidence to work independently. You will know instinctively when conversation is welcome and when complete discretion is required. No two weeks will be the same. Early starts, late finishes and changing schedules are all part of the role, balanced by quieter periods and generous time off, alongside an excellent starting salary.
Key Responsibilities- Providing safe, professional chauffeur services for the CEO and wider family
- Remaining flexible and available to accommodate changing schedules and last-minute requests
- Planning routes in advance to maximise efficiency and avoid delays
- Working closely with the Executive Assistant to coordinate daily and weekly travel schedules
- Maintaining all vehicles to an exceptional standard, ensuring they are fuelled, serviced, cleaned and always presentation-ready
- Offering practical handyman and maintenance support across the family’s properties where appropriate
- Assisting the wider family network with transport and practical support as required
- Monitoring vehicle servicing, MOTs, insurance and maintenance schedules
- Maintaining complete confidentiality at all times
- Using quieter periods proactively to identify ways to improve the smooth running of the household and add value wherever possible
- Previous experience working as a Chauffeur within a HNW household, family office or private residence is essential
- Excellent knowledge of London, Surrey and the wider UK road network
- Comfortable undertaking journeys of up to four hours when required
- Highly organised, proactive and able to work with minimal supervision
- A genuine self-starter who takes pride in anticipating needs before being asked
- Practical handyman or maintenance skills that can support the household
- Smart, polished and professional in appearance
- Calm under pressure with excellent judgement and emotional intelligence
- Flexible with working hours and committed to providing first-class service
- Impeccable references and a clean UK driving licence
