Silks Luxury Lifestyle is seeking an exceptional Senior / Lead Housekeeper for a prestigious UHNW private household. This is a pivotal role for a highly accomplished private household professional with exceptional standards, natural leadership ability and meticulous attention to detail. The successful candidate will oversee the smooth running of multiple luxury properties, manage a housekeeping team and ensure every residence is maintained and presented to an impeccable UHNW standard at all times. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, operationally strong and experienced in implementing household systems, producing detailed reports and maintaining accurate records across all areas of household management.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing housekeeping operations across multiple luxury residences
- Leading, training and managing a team of housekeepers to the highest standard
- Implementing and maintaining detailed SOPs and household procedures
- Producing daily, weekly and monthly housekeeping and maintenance reports
- Logging maintenance issues, contractor schedules and household inventories
- Monitoring standards across all properties and carrying out regular inspections
- Liaising with principals, household staff, contractors and external suppliers
- Ensuring all residences remain fully prepared for family and guest arrivals
- Managing laundry, wardrobe care and specialist fabric maintenance
- Overseeing household stock control, purchasing and supplier management
- Maintaining household manuals, checklists and operational systems
- Supporting the seamless day-to-day running of the household portfolio
Candidate Requirements
- Extensive experience within UHNW private households in a senior or lead housekeeping role
- Proven ability managing teams and overseeing multiple luxury properties
- Exceptional attention to detail and naturally high standards
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Confident producing reports, logs and maintaining household documentation
- Computer literate with experience using household management systems and Microsoft Office
