This is a newly created role for a fast growing and cool sports and lifestyle brand! This will suit a senior store manager with experience of managing a big store or a couple of stores, looking to step into a bigger area management role.
Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring sales performance, analyzing store metrics, driving revenue growth, and implementing improvement plans. The role involves coaching and supporting store managers, managing staffing needs, and promoting best practices in customer service and visual merchandising. The Retail Area Manager also collaborates with senior leadership to communicate regional performance, contribute to strategic initiatives, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Strong retail experience ideally within the sports and lifestyle sector and customer service skills, with experience managing multiple stores or teams in a retail environment.
- Proven sales and commercial skills, including the ability to drive performance, meet targets, and implement sales initiatives.
- Advanced analytical skills to interpret store data, KPIs, and trends, and translate insights into actionable plans.
