The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant to join the Oracle HCM transformation programme implementation. This role will serve as the overall Functional Lead and Solution Owner for a multi-phase Oracle HCM implementation programme covering:

- Performance Management

As this is a hands-on, client-facing role, the successful candidate will lead in design, configuration, and delivery while guiding clients in best practices and ensuring successful adoption of Oracle HCM. This is a highly visible leadership role requiring strong Oracle HCM product expertise, stakeholder management capability, and hands-on implementation experience.
