Silicon Logic is seeking an experienced Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant to lead an Oracle HCM transformation programme. You will serve as Functional Lead and Solution Owner across Core HR, Recruiting, Onboarding, Absence, Time & Labour, and more, guiding design, configuration and delivery with a focus on best practices.
The role is client-facing and requires hands-on implementation experience, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive adoption of Oracle Fusion HCM features.
