Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Atlassian Administrator / Jira Administrator to manage, optimise, and support our Atlassian ecosystem across Jira, Jira Service Management (JSM), and Confluence. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on configuration skills, excellent stakeholder communication, and the ability to support Agile delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Jira Administration — end‑to‑end configuration, maintenance, and optimisation
  • Jira Service Management (JSM) — queues, SLAs, request types, workflows
  • Confluence Administration — spaces, permissions, templates
  • Configure and maintain workflows, screens, fields, permission schemes, and notification schemes
  • Build and maintain automation rules to streamline processes
  • Create and manage dashboards, reports, and Agile boards for teams
  • Support Agile delivery teams with Jira best practices
  • Administer Atlassian Cloud or Data Center environments
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years hands‑on experience as a Jira/Atlassian Administrator
  • Strong expertise in: Jira Software, Confluence
  • Proven experience with: Workflow design & configuration, Permission schemes & security settings, Automation rules (Jira Automation), Dashboards, filters, and reporting
  • Exposure to Atlassian Cloud or Data Center environments
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills
