The predicted salary is between 22000 - 26000 £ per year.

Hours: 9:00 – 17:00, 1 Hour Lunch Break

Holidays: 20 Days + Christmas Holiday Break

Role: A small team working along with customers, sales, purchasing, suppliers (RMA) and shipping department. We pride ourselves on the high level of support we provide in all areas. Attention to detail is key.

Roles include and are not limited to:

  • Answering any enquiries from the customer either by telephone or email.
  • Daily tasks involving our online shop, providing quotations, proformas, sales order acknowledgments, invoices, and PODs to customers.
  • Supporting the sales team for larger customers, liaising with the purchasing department for product information.
  • Liaising with the purchasing and planning department to ensure the correct information has been provided from the customer.
