We are looking for a Data Entry Clerk to join our busy languages team. This is a remote position, however initial interviews and training will be held on site in our office based in High Wycombe. Please note there will be occasional need to attend the office.

To be considered for this remote position, you must:

  • Have the legal right to work in the UK.
  • Be physically based in the UK for the duration of your employment.

Start Salary: 24,000

Full time/Pro rata Hours: Full time/Part time

The role of Data Entry Clerk is to provide general day-to-day support in the languages department. Key duties:

  • Data entry onto our bespoke database
  • Dealing with emails
  • Providing general office administration duties as assigned
  • Liaising with clients, interpreters to resolve any queries
  • Dealing with bookings and queries efficiently in a fast paced, high-pressured environment
  • Adhering to company policies and processes, including Data Protection requirements

You must:

  • Possess good IT skills.
  • Be highly organised, accurate and pay great attention to detail.
  • Be a strong verbal and written communicator.
  • Be able to multi-task under pressure, manage time and priorities.
  • Be a confident, self-motivated individual with a friendly and personable manner.
  • Be able to work as part of a team, but also independently when required.
  • Have a flexible and supportive attitude towards your job role and team members.
