Role summary
As a Graduate Content Writer, you will turn complex technical and product topics into clear, engaging content. Youβll write emails, blogs, product updates, and sales materials while ensuring consistency in tone and accuracy. Working closely with subject matter experts, product managers, and designers, youβll support the delivery of insight-driven, customer-focused content across channels. This role bridges technical detail and compelling storytelling to support the broader marketing strategy.
Key Duties:
- Simplify the complex: Learn and interpret technical, product, and compliance topics β then write about them with elegance and clarity.
- Content creation:
- Write marketing emails, product updates, and campaign copy
- Create concise LinkedIn posts, blogs, and internal updates
- Draft and polish product release notes with a clear customer-facing tone
- Build 1-pagers and assist in the creation of sales enablement content
- Insight-driven writing: Support all content with evidence β whether product metrics, market data, or customer proof points.
- Tone & accuracy: Ensure consistency with our voice and style across all written material.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with SMEs, product managers, and sales leads to gather inputs and refine content based on feedback. Work in-between marketing and design team to ensure seamless delivery of content to the target audience.
Requirements:
- Native English speaker with excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Impeccable attention to detail β from grammar and punctuation to formatting and tone.
- Strong ability to conduct online research and distil complex topics into digestible, plain-English content.
- A natural curiosity and desire to learn about AI, fintech, compliance, and product development.
- Comfortable with data β able to translate numbers into narrative when needed.
- Degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Familiarity with B2B or technical writing is a plus, but not essential.
