Operate blast pots, air compressors, and other blasting equipment efficiently and safely. Ensure all work meets high-quality standards and adheres to safety regulations. Maintain equipment and work areas to ensure a clean and safe environment. Work towards production targets while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in shot blasting within a commercial manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of abrasive blasting techniques and materials.
- Ability to handle and operate blasting equipment safely.
- Experience working with industrial coatings is desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- FLT license would be advantageous.
