Quality is at the heart of everything we do, and we're looking for a Quality Engineer who can help us drive continuous improvement, solve manufacturing challenges and maintain the highest standards of quality across our business.
This role is ideal for a time-served individual who understands manufacturing from the shop floor.
Whether you've progressed from CNC machining, Quality Inspection, Toolmaking, Manufacturing Engineering or another precision engineering background, we're looking for someone with practical engineering knowledge who understands how components are manufactured, inspected and delivered to the highest standards.
The Role As a Quality Engineer, you'll work closely with Production, Manufacturing Engineering, Customers and Suppliers to investigate quality issues, support New Product Introduction (NPI) and drive continuous improvement across the business.
You'll lead root cause investigations, support product approvals, maintain quality documentation and play a key role in improving Right First Time performance within our aerospace manufacturing environment.
