Key responsibilities include: Setting up, programming and operating CNC machines to produce precision-engineered components.
Reading and interpreting engineering drawings, specifications and CNC programs.
Selecting tooling, fixtures, cutting speeds and feeds for efficient machining.
Editing CNC programs and adjusting offsets where required.
Carrying out self-inspection using precision measuring equipment.
