This role is ideal for a time-served individual who understands manufacturing from the shop floor. Whether you ve progressed from CNC machining, Quality Inspection, Toolmaking, Manufacturing Engineering or another precision engineering background, we re looking for someone with practical engineering knowledge who understands how components are manufactured, inspected and delivered to the highest standards. The Role As a Quality Engineer, you ll work closely with Production, Manufacturing Engineering, Customers and Suppliers to investigate quality issues, support New Product Introduction (NPI) and drive continuous improvement across the business. You ll lead root cause investigations, support product approvals, maintain quality documentation and play a key role in improving Right First Time performance within our aerospace manufacturing environment.
