Silcoms II Ltd is seeking an organised People & Payroll Coordinator to join our growing People team in the United Kingdom.

This 50/50 role combines payroll coordination with HR administration, working across HR, payroll and data systems to support monthly activities.

You will manage payroll processes, maintain records and provide workforce reporting, while helping drive continuous improvement and a positive employee experience across the Group.
