The Role:
We are excited to collaborate with a reputable dealership currently seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to join their expanding team located in Worthing. The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience in the automotive sector, a strong ambition for career progression, and the ability to work seamlessly within the aftersales team.
Responsibilities & Requirements of a Parts Advisor:
- Provide assistance to customers in identifying their precise automotive part requirements.
- Offer recommendations for suitable automotive parts based on customer needs and vehicle specifications.
- Process orders with precision and efficiency, ensuring prompt delivery of automotive parts.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the automotive parts inventory, including availability, compatibility, and pricing.
- Collaborate closely with team members to facilitate smooth operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
Package:
- Basic Salary: £26,000 + OTE of up to £29,000!!!
- Hours: Monday – Friday [7:30am – 5:30pm]!!
- (1-in-2) Saturdays [8:30am – 12:30pm] paid as overtime!!
- Profit share bonus scheme which is a percentage of gross profit for the Parts Department.
