Silcom Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for an experienced and driven Car Sales Executive to join a well-established and successful automotive dealership in Worthing.
Our client is offering an excellent opportunity to join a progressive and supportive sales environment, with a competitive commission structure, company car, and realistic on-target earnings exceeding £45,000!

Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Engage with customers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable vehicles.
- Manage the full sales process, from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.
- Conduct professional vehicle presentations, test drives, and product demonstrations.
- Promote finance products and additional services to maximise sales opportunities.
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
- Previous experience in automotive sales is preferred, alongside excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Full UK driving licence required.
The Package:
- £16,315 basic salary + commission – OTE £45,000+
- Company car provided.
- **£30,000 pro-rata earnings guarantee for the first six months of employment**
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 6:00pm (one day off during the week), Saturday: 9:00am – 5:00pm, Sunday: 10:00am – 4:00pm (1 in 3 on a rota basis).
