The Role:
Silcom Recruitment have a superb opportunity available for a premium car dealer group, who currently seek an experienced, dynamic and highly organised Bodyshop Manager to join their team in the Winchester area.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Developing all members of staff to reach the highest levels of performance in order to achieve, individual satisfaction, targets, objectives and 5 Star Customer Ratings.
- Examine sales volume and monitor labour sales to ensure achievement of budget for the period.
- To improve the quality of customer service and retention by enhanced facilities, improved technical skills and high standards of quality workmanship.
- Previous experience of working within the motor trade industry
- 3 years Bodyshop Management experience
- Excellent IT, highly skilled VDA and administration skills
- Experience with Kerridge / Drive an advantage
The Package:
- Basic Starting Salary £40,000
- £12,000 Bonus
