The Role:
Silcom Recruitment are immediately seeking a qualified new Parts Advisor to join our prestigious client at their specialist setup based in Westbury, Wiltshire.

[Current motor trade service / parts experience preferred but not essential]
Responsibilities & Requirements of a Parts Advisor:
- Achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction
- Meeting and greeting customers coming into the parts department
- Ordering, booking parts, invoicing and taking payments
- Managing parts stock and taking inventory
- Providing quotations to clients both in person and over the phone
- Excellent customer service skills required
- Knowledge and experience of car parts and warehouse/stockroom sourcing
- Automotive system experience highly desired
Package:
Salary: £25,000 to £28,000 Basic (experience dependant)
- + Excellent Bonuses | OTE: £35,000+ per annum!!!
Hours: [Full-Time] Monday–Friday (8:30am – 5:30pm)
