The Role:
Silcom Recruitment is seeking an experienced Transaction Manager to join an established, main-dealer franchise group, based around the outskirts of Southampton.
Senior Sales Executives, Business Managers, Finance & Insurance specialists, or experienced Retail Managers within the motor trade environment. Training and support will be provided for the right candidate to transition into the role.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
Oversee and manage the vehicle sales transaction process from initial enquiry through to vehicle delivery.
Maximise finance, insurance and add-on product sales via effective presentation and compliant selling techniques.
Work closely with the sales team to support conversion of enquiries into sales and maintain high levels of customer service.
Ensure all financial paperwork is completed accurately and in line with FCA and company regulations.
Monitor and report on performance metrics, helping drive profitability and departmental improvements.
The Package:
£30,000 Basic – Experience dependent
£57,500 OTE
Five-day working week, to include weekends.
